YILPORT Gebze hosted a dedicated workshop with the Kaleris & Navis teams to complete the enablement of Expert Decking (ED) and Predictive Housekeeping, further enhancing the terminal’s intelligent yard optimization capabilities.

Over the course of two weeks, the workshop focused on advanced yard stacking strategies, intelligent decision-making, and configuration best practices designed to reduce rehandles, improve RTG utilization, and maximize overall yard efficiency.

These initiatives reinforce our focus on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and the continuous improvement of terminal performance across our network.
